Additional Remarks:   Construction number 265. Aircraft rolled out of the assembly line, October 1969. Registered in United States of America (USA) as N93995. First flight on December 15, 1969. Registered in USA as N93985 and delivered to Air Capital International, December 21, 1969. Registration VH-TGE Australia reserved for the aircraft, Trans Australia Airlines (TAA). Air Capital International was contracted to ferry the aircraft for delivery to TAA in Australia. On delivery flight to Australia, after running out of fuel due to strong headwinds, aircraft made forced landing on Tau Island (Ta‘ū), American Samoa, January 5, 1970. Aircraft wreckage shipped to Australia. Aircraft not accepted by TAA. Aircraft sold to Marathon Oil Company, December 1971. Aircraft rebuilt by de Havilland Australia between 1972 and September 1973. Registered in USA as N99457, Marathon Oil Company, September 29, 1973. Registered in Pakistan as AP-AXP, July 5, 1974. Operated flights for Marathon Oil Company in Pakistan. Registration AP-AXP removed from Pakistan Aircraft Register on June 8, 1977. Registered in Canada as C-GABJ, Air Brazeau, September 23, 1977. Registered in USA as N4993X, Bannock Aerospace, September 22, 1978. Sold to Peabody Coal Company, September 1978. Registered in USA as N304PC and operated by Peabody Coal Company, December 1980. Sold to Jetstream Aircraft Sales & Leasing, December 23, 1997. Registered in Canada as C-FATM, The Shoe Store Limited, February 27, 1998. Leased out to Air Tindi, March 1, 1998. Registered in Netherlands Antilles as PJ-ATL, leased out to Winair (Windward Islands Airways), December 14, 1999. Returned to Air Tindi and re-registered in Canada as C-FATM, May 8, 2000.
