On February 23, 2012, after takeoff from Walton Aerodrome, Lahore, AP-BCS was on a routine training flight when it crashed into lawn/driveway of house number 143 in Block H of Model Town in Lahore. Both pilots - an instructor pilot and a student pilot - died in the accident and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair. The accident did not cause any loss of life on the ground. Registration AP-BCS removed from Pakistan Aircraft Register on February 23, 2012.
