Re-designated B-26B in 1948. Stored in 1950. Loaned to
France French Air Force (Armee de l'Air - ALA) in January
1951 for
service in French Indochina/Vietnam, radio call sign F-UHIU. Returned to USAAF
on November 16, 1955.
Registered in United States of America (USA) as N202PP in
1959 with Purolator Products, New York, USA, till 1963.
Trans Atlantic Airlines, Frankfurt, West Germany, June 1965. Aircraft impounded at Karachi International Airport in
August 1965 due to a court case for aircraft allegedly being
used in arms trafficking/gunrunning illicit trade. Registered in Pakistan as AP-AVV.
Withdrawn from use in 1981 and stored in open area, Karachi
International Airport. Registration AP-AVV
removed from Pakistan Aircraft Register on unknown date. Derelict seen at Karachi
International Airport, Pakistan, in December 1990. Aircraft
offered
for sale by Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in
