Transferred to Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) on March 1, 1955. Flown by PIA with designation Douglas DC-3 Dakota. On February 25, 1956, AP-ACZ was operating cargo flight from Gilgit to Rawalpindi when it crashed into Lash Golath Mountain (Talkote). All three people aboard the aircraft died in this accident. Registration AP-ACZ removed from Pakistan Aircraft Register on September 3, 1956.
