Arab Republic (union between Egypt and Syria) as SU-ALS for
United Arab Airlines (UAL) on January 1, 1961. UAL was
formed by the merger of Syrian Airways and Misrair of Egypt.
Aircraft registered in Syria as YK-ACB for Syrian Arab
Airlines. On February 6, 1967, YK-ACB crashed in Aleppo,
Syria, while landing. One person died in this accident. |
