Shortly after take-off from St. John's Newfoundland International Airport, aircraft's engine number 1 failed followed by failure of engine number 2. The aircraft made forced crash landing near St. John's Newfoundland International Airport. All three people aboard the aircraft survived the accident but the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
